OÖN: Der Klassenerhalt ist fixiert. Ist die Luft beim LASK jetzt draußen?

Vastic: Nein. Der Druck ist abgefallen, das hat man schon gemerkt. Wir lassen uns sicher nicht hängen. Wir haben sehr konzentriert trainiert, die Aggressivität war da. Das ist ein gutes Zeichen.

OÖN: Wer wird Meister?

Vastic: Das ist schwer zu sagen. Die Rapidler haben noch eine Chance, sie haben Salzburg nervös gemacht.

OÖN: Eine Nervosität, die der LASK nutzen kann?

Vastic: Es könnte uns vielleicht helfen, dass Salzburg jetzt wieder Druck hat. Aber wir müssen auf uns schauen. Für uns ist es jetzt einfacher zu spielen, weil uns nichts mehr passieren kann. Es ist unsere Pflicht, die Saison korrekt zu Ende zu spielen. Keiner verliert gerne, darum spielen wir Fußball. Es geht darum, die Siegermentalität zu entwickeln und zu zeigen.

OÖN: Spielen Sie morgen zum letzten Mal als Bundesliga-Profi in Salzburg?

Vastic: Ich weiß noch nicht, wie es nach der Saison weitergeht. Ich habe aber auch noch Zeit. In den nächsten Tagen werde ich ein Gespräch mit Präsident Peter-Michael Reichel führen.

OÖN: In dieser Runde mischt nicht nur der LASK im Titelkampf mit. Rapid ist am Sonntag in Ried zu Gast.

Vastic: Die Rieder haben zu Hause noch nicht verloren, sie spielen daheim immer gut. Das wird eine sehr schwierige Aufgabe für Rapid...
