エマとデイブ
今回泊まったロッジの管理人 プラス 料理人のエマとデイブ。。。
この二人はイギリスのず～っと北の端。。。（日本で言う東北の様な所）出身のカップルで、英語にもかなり強～～い訛りが。。。。えっと、スコットランド英語にかなり近いです。。
んなもんで、東北出身の私にはな～んか親しみが持てて、可愛いんだよなぁ～。。。モゴモゴした英語がっ。。。。
この二人、イギリスでシェフの免許を取っただけあり、料理が上手いの！イギリス人で料理上手い人達に初めて出合ったよ。。私。。。。
ここで働く前は、二人とも高級レストランでシェフをしていただけあって、ドレッシングやソースも全て一から手作りなんだぁ～～。。
朝食は毎日７時半！！！毎朝違ったメニューで、例えば
ブルーベリー入りパンケーキにフルーツヨーグルト とか
ベーコンと目玉焼きにグリルドトマト とか
ハッシュブラウンにスクランブルエッグにソーセージ とか。。
これに パンやシリアルやフルーツ 食べ放題。。。
ランチは１２時半！！！
日替わりスープに パン、野菜各種、ハム、肉、チーズ、卵、ツナ、、、、を自分の好きにアレンジして食べてOK~!!!!
ディナーは子供が６時半で大人が７時半
子供達が食べている間、大人はワインやビールを飲みながら、暖炉の前で手作りのおつまみを食べながらのおしゃべり～～～～！！！
大人のディナーは毎日フルコース～～～！！！
毎日ドキドキする位美味しい変わった料理が食べれます。デザートも全て二人の手作りだよぉ～～～。。
この他ですね、いつでもお腹が空いた時に食べれるように、エマ特製の手作りクッキーやケーキが常備。。。。お茶、コーヒー、ワイン等の飲み物も自由にOK~!!!!
２階にはバーがあって、自由にカクテル、お酒、作って飲んでOKですよぉ。
